The School of Arts and Sciences is our traditional program on the main campus in Montreat, North Carolina. The School of Adult and Graduate Studies is our adult student program with locations throughout North Carolina.

Admissions Event, Visit and Conference Services Coordinator — Montreat, NC — This position will Design, plan, execute, and evaluate all admissions events and personalized campus visits. Ensure an excellent campus visit experience for prospective students, families, and influencers leading to increased new student enrollment at the college.

Graduate Assistant Residence Hall Director (MALE) — Montreat, NC — The position of Residence Hall Director is a vital role in fulfilling Montreat College’s Christ-centered mission. A Residence Hall Director serves students in a co-curricular capacity within the residential environment through planned and unplanned educational opportunities, crisis response, management of the complex facility, supervision of the Resident Assistant staff, responding to student handbook violations, and other administrative needs.

Admissions Recruiter – Montreat, NC — Montreat College seeks to be a leader in Christ-centered higher education regionally, nationally, and globally. As such, there is a need for admissions staff who are focused on the recruitment of new students within a geographic territory and implementing successful strategies that result in meeting aggressive application and enrollment goals with creativity, persistence, personal appeal, excellent service, and a compelling message.

Registrar— Montreat, NC — The Registrar oversees the office responsible for all student academic records and student registration in both the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) and the School of Adult and Graduate Studies (AGS).

Administrative Assistant for VP for Academic Affairs – Montreat, NC — This full time, hourly position assists Dean and the Associate Deans with the daily operations of the Office of Academic Affairs.

Coordinator of Marketing & Communications — Montreat, NC — Montreat College is seeking a highly skilled communicator to join a team of dedicated marketing and communications professionals.

Security Officer– (evenings) Approximately 10-month role; Aug. 1 thru mid-May — Montreat, NC — This role will function to support the mission of the Campus Safety Department by performing routine security duties as well as serving the needs of the students in implementing and/or supporting the shuttle schedule between various campus residencies.
