Admissions Counselor for Adult & Graduate Studies — Asheville, NC — The Admissions Counselor is responsible for creating a distinctively positive experience for prospective students such that appropriate students recognize and respond to the benefits of enrolling at Montreat College.
Director of Residence Life — Montreat, NC — The Director of Residence Life leads the residential student experience through provision of healthy, Christ-centered living environments that promote intentional community devoted to the holistic growth of each student. This role plays a critical part in the supervision of the Residence Life team, management of the multiple site locations and residential programs, and supporting the onboarding of new students.
Alumni and Parent Relations Director — Montreat, NC — Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement, this employee will develop a strategic and comprehensive alumni and parent relations program to include strengthening the Alumni Leadership Council, creating a Parent Advisory Council, and growing our network of engaged parents and alumni.
Content Marketing Specialist – Carolina Cyber Center — Remote or Montreat, NC — The Content Marketing Specialist will be required to research and define desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor prospective student, customer, and content metrics.
Administrative Assistant to Vice President for Advancement — Montreat, NC — The administrative assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide organizational and administrative support to the Vice President for Advancement (VP) of Montreat College.
Senior Counselor, AGS Student Financial Services — Asheville, NC — Manages the financial aid and student accounts process for new and continuing AGS undergraduate and graduate students. Reviews and responds in a timely manner to individual student requests and concerns regarding financial aid. Demonstrate superior customer service. Provides support to Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Services, (AGS) Admissions staff, and Academic Advisors and plays a key part in maintaining institutional data quality in the areas of financial aid and student accounts.
Student Financial Services Counselor — Montreat, NC — The Student Financial Services Counselor will establish and maintain positive relationships with an assigned group of students so as to provide superior care and attention with regard to their financial aid package and student account.
Graduate Assistant for Student Financial Services — Montreat NC — The Graduate Assistant(s) for SFS will assist counselors and administrators with customer service and the communication flow regarding financial aid and student account information.
Coordinator of Marketing & Communications — Montreat, NC — The Coordinator of Marketing & Communications serves as the primary content writer for internal and external communication efforts of the college, including copywriting for all mediums, media relations, marketing and public relations.
Director of the L. Nelson Bell Library — Montreat, NC — The Director of the L. Nelson Bell Library works under the direction of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and is responsible for the administration of the library. The Director oversees the development of the collection and integrates emerging technologies into library operations. This is a twelve-month position with faculty status. Depending on ability and experience, duties may also include more fully and directly overseeing the electronic resources of the library in conjunction with the Research Outreach Librarian (ROL, who the Director supervises). The ROL is full time, and there are two other part-time staff, along with a group of student workers.
Graduate Assistant: Cheer/Dance Coach — Montreat, NC — The Cheer/Dance Coach (G.A.) will lead all aspects of a competitive cheer/dance program and is responsible for, but not limited to the integration of Christian faith, and the recruitment, retention, and academic success of student-athletes.
Proposal Coordinator — Remote — The Proposal Coordinator for the Carolina Cyber Center will find, vet, and manage RFP/RFQ/FRIs published by municipalities, counties, state, and federal government agencies that fit the center’s range of services and prepare compliant compliant responses to RFP/RFQ/FRIs of varying size and scope.
Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach — Montreat, NC — The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach will oversee all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program and is responsible for, but not limited to: integration of Christian faith, and the recruitment, retention and academic success of the student-athletes. In addition to coaching, this position requires control and oversight of budgets and scheduling of athletic practices and competitions.
Cybersecurity Competition Coach – Part-time — Montreat, NC — The candidate will be responsible for coaching and recruiting for cybersecurity competition teams, such as the National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (NCCDC), National Cyber League (NCL), CyberForce, and local CTFs with College and High School Students.
