The Center for Cybersecurity Education and Leadership at Montreat College provides guidance and oversight to our academic program, to the distribution of cyber defense information, and to collaborative efforts in cybersecurity with an emphasis on combining ethics, leadership, and liberal arts skills with technical proficiency.
Academic Excellence
Montreat College is designated a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education by the National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
RETR3AT Cybersecurity Conference
Each year, Montreat College hosts RETR3AT, a conference designed to engage, educate, and raise awareness about cybersecurity in Western North Carolina and beyond.
Bachelor’s Degree
Montreat College offers a four-year bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity.
Associate Degree
Montreat College offers a 100% online associate degree in cybersecurity through our School of Adult and Graduate Studies.
Carolina Cyber Center
The Carolina Cyber Center (C3) is a national demonstration project in state-wide cybersecurity preparation and threat mitigation. C3 works to harden the cyber landscape by building cyber professionals of character and providing affordable security services throughout the region.
