Don’t miss Discovery Day at Montreat College! This free immersive open house event is a special opportunity for prospective students and families to experience what makes a Montreat College education distinct – right here in Montreat, NC.

Rising college freshmen and transfer students are encouraged to submit a free 2025 application online prior to attending Discovery Day at www.montreat.edu/apply. Accepted students are encouraged to pay their $150 enrollment deposits at www.montreat.edu/paydeposit.
At Discovery Day, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Attend a class
- Enjoy complimentary lunch in our renovated dining hall
- Take a guided campus tour
- Experience our Student Life & Academic Fair
- Receive a $2,000 Montreat College Scholarship
Discovery Day is open to all high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors and transfer students. Parents and families are welcome!
All Discovery Day participants will receive a $2,000 Montreat College scholarship! It will be awarded in equal disbursements of $500 each year.
