Packing List

In acknowledgment of COVID-19 and its potential impact on our move-in process, college staff is currently working to develop various plans for a smooth and safe start to our fall semester that also still reaches the goal of supporting your transition as a new Montreat College student. One potential change to our move-in process will be some sort of staggered move-in that lowers the amount of people entering our residential complexes at any given point. This potential staggered move-in could also impact the amount of people a student can bring to help them move-in. In acknowledgement of these possibilities, we encourage each student to take a strategic approach to your packing process as you consider what is needed. Packing light may prove to be helpful if an unexpected shift during the semester occurs. Lastly, we encourage students to plan on bringing a mask/face-covering, hand sanitizer/soap, thermometer, and other personal protective equipment. We hope to provide more clarity on the entire move-in process during the month of July.
