I will not be eligible to receive Title IV aid, which includes the Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, Direct Subsidized Loan, Direct Unsubsidized Loan, Perkins Loan, and Federal work study.
I will not be able to participate in other need-based loan and grant programs offered by the state of North Carolina. Further, I understand that neither the state of North Carolina nor Montreat College can be held liable for any amount of federal or state funds that I will not receive by signing this waiver.
As a result of not applying for any federal and/or state funding, I may incur a balance on my account, after all institutional and outside scholarships are applied to my bill each semester.
I will need to ensure I have alternative plans set up to ensure any outstanding balance on my account is paid in full during the entirety of the academic year.
