Dr. I-Eesha D. Patterson

Dr. I-Eesha D. Patterson joined Montreat College as faculty in 2018 as an Assistant Professor in Business. Dr. Patterson has served in various capacities with Montreat College since 2008 and has worked in higher education for over 13 years. Dr. Patterson’s career highlights include assistant dean of distance learning, administrator, SME, faculty member, course designer, instructional designer and consultant.

Dr. Patterson attained her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, her Master’s of Science in Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University, Charlotte, and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also carries a Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills course certification from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Patterson is an avid sports fan and resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband.
