The Center for Cybersecurity Education and Leadership at Montreat College guides and oversees our academic program, distributes cyber defense information, and fosters collaborative efforts in cybersecurity. Montreat College’s designation by the National Security Agency as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense ensures a high-quality education that equips students with specialized knowledge in high-demand areas such as penetration testing, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and data analytics. The program focuses on defensive roles in cybersecurity, preparing graduates for careers in consulting, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and nonprofit organizations.
