Who you’re becoming is more important than what happens between the lines. What if we started talking about who you are made to be instead of who you are not? We are designed to be in relationships and the game of soccer is no exception. I believe in a relationship-focused approach to the game. The central question I ask my players is, ‘What does my teammate need from me?’ There are three central components to this question. First, can you recognize it? Two, can you do it? Three, are you willing? I am passionate about seeing who you are and unlocking who you are meant to be. If you are interested in learning more about a program who values who you are more than what you do, I’d love to discuss Montreat College Women’s Soccer with you.
