Serving as both the front door and first level of student care, based on an initial needs assessment, Kathleen will determine how best to support each individual student through either 1) meeting with a life coach (Kathleen Walden), 2) scheduling a meeting with a licensed therapist, or 3) referring the student to off-site support (hospital, counselor, psychologist, etc.).
