Duplicate Diploma Orders
Montreat College alumni may order a duplicate diploma using the link below. The fee is $40.00. Please note that the new diploma will have current college officers’ signatures which may differ from the original. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party vendor five times a year.
Diploma Fulfillment Schedule
January 15, March 15, June 15, September 15, November 15.
Orders should be received 10 days prior to the next fulfillment date to ensure inclusion in the order.
Waiting for your original diploma?
Degrees are conferred at the end of May, August, and December. All graduates receive one digital and one printed diploma approximately 4–6 weeks after degrees are conferred. Printed diplomas are mailed to the address provided on your graduation application once your College balance is cleared.

If you have already received your original diploma, use the form below to order another copy.
Want to order a diploma as a gift?
To protect student records and help prevent fraud, duplicate diploma orders must be submitted by the student. Friends and family cannot order a diploma on a student’s behalf. Friends and family are welcome to visit the Montreat College Bookstore to purchase diploma frames and other alumni gifts.
