Summary: The Graduate Assistant for Montreat 360° will assist the Director of Career Development and other campus partners in the management and growth of Montreat 360°, a program that guides students to leverage co-curricular involvement on campus for career preparation. The purpose of the program is to help students make connections between what they are doing on campus and how it is helping them to develop skills and characteristics desired by employers. Montreat 360° is “housed” on an app called Suitable.

Essential Functions
- Partner with the Director of Career Development to introduce Montreat 360° to new students and market the program to the entire student body.
- Collaborate on the development of co-curricular programming to show students the value of involvement and outcomes leading to increased employability.
- Collaborate with Student Life partners to strengthen the student experience opportunities included in the Suitable app and to increase student engagement with the program and the app.
- Develop resources to support student engagement in the program and to enhance their understanding of the program.
- Provide administration of the Suitable app and develop workflows and processes related to the ongoing management of the student app.
- Collect data tracking campuswide use of the app on an on-going basis and report data to Director of Career Development.
- Ensure current and accurate information about opportunities for involvement and associated outcomes. Run reports on engagement and badge completion.
Additional Functions:
- Assist with on-campus recruiting programs including corresponding with employers and serving as host for employers during on-campus recruiting visits.
- Provide support for career development and events including Professional Etiquette Dinner, networking nights, etc.
- Provide support to the Thrive Center including greeting and assisting students visiting the Center (as needed).
