Dual Enrolled Students Check In Instructions

ALL CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN MONTREAT COURSES are required to follow these steps for fall check in. 

Dual Enrolled Check-in | Wednesday, August 12 | 10:00 AM

  • Who: Any student enrolled to take Dual Enrolled courses with Montreat College this fall..
    • All new students are required to attend Welcome Week.
    • Fines will be assessed for non-attendance or late arrival.
  • Where: Gaither Fellowship Hall 
    • All students must report to Gaither Fellowship Hall to check in and and attend the Dual Enrollment Sessions. 
  • When: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM
  • Before you arrive please follow the instructions sent to you from your admissions counselor via email. 

Are you cleared to move in?

All students are encouraged to log in to their Suitable app to check their Journey to Fall Tasklist status. All items must be submitted to be eligible to move in. Note: All students must report to the Anderson Auditorium Lot before moving into their residence hall.

  1. Will I be required to Participate in Welcome Week Activities? No, Dual Enrolled students are not required and not eligible to participate in Welcome Week Activities. 
  2. Do I need to attend Dual Enrollment Check-in if I have attended it before? Yes, all dual enrolled students must report to check-in in order to be eligible to attend classes. 

When do classes begin? The Fall 2026 semester officially begins on Tuesday, August 25th.
