What is your favorite thing about working at Montreat?
Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Each and every staff and faculty member I’ve interacted with at Montreat is so passionate about what they do, cares deeply for their students, and has such a strong desire to provide their students with the best experience possible. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to come alongside our faculty members and provide them with the support they need. We have so many exciting initiatives on the horizon at Montreat in the area of course development and instructional design, and I can’t wait to see where the next few years will take us!

What are your hobbies or interests?
I live in St. Petersburg, Fla., with my husband Colby, our son Owen, and our border collie, Bentley. Right now, parenthood and family time take up most of our “free” time, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! When we do manage to find free time, we love to travel, participate in regattas with our local sailing club, garden, and volunteer at Dogs Inc to help raise guide dog puppies. We also belong to part of a wonderful community at the Local Church in St. Pete.

Do you have a favorite restaurant in the area?
Our favorite restaurant in St. Petersburg is Brick & Mortar!

What is your favorite thing to do or see in the area?
Our favorite family activities are visiting the local zoo, walking the St. Petersburg Pier, and spending beach days at Pass-a-Grille Beach!
