COMPASS Business Entrepreneurship Program

Business Entrepreneurship Summer Immersion Program

Are you constantly scheming about ways to earn some extra money? Do you enjoy helping others solve problems? The Business Entrepreneurship Program will give you insight into what it takes to succeed in the world of entrepreneurship. Students will gain an understanding of how to set goals, plan out finances, and write a business plan. As you learn to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore whether a career in business is right for you. The week will culminate with a “Shark Tank” style competition in which students will present their business ideas to a panel of industry professionals with a chance to win prizes!

COMPASS 2020 will be held the week of June 21, 2020. The program will be facilitated by Brian Guengerich, a local entrepreneur, alumnus and Senior Associate for Major Gifts at Montreat College.
