Self Service

On Friday, May 15, 2020, Montreat College’s student software system will be taken offline as we begin to convert to our new enterprise system. With that said, your ability to view grades, register for classes, view billing statements, or set up payment plans will not be accessible through the current self-service system. This transition will NOT impact your ability to access OpenLMS and online coursework.

You will not have access to self-service and the student portal until Monday, June 22nd. When you are able to access your new student portal on that date, we will have a guide for you on how to utilize your new access.

We want you to know that the Montreat College staff will return to our normal processing of student records beginning Monday, June 8, 2020.

During this period of being offline – May 15 through June 8, our staff will still be available by email, as we continue to work remotely, and are willing to help with any concerns you may have as we work through this transition.

    • AGS/Online Students: Contact your academic advisor.
    • SAS/Traditional Students: Contact the Registrar’s Office by emailing
  • For billing, payment plans, or financial aid: Contact the Student Financial Services Office.

We are excited about this transition for our students as we will be able to offer 24/7 access to grades, billing statements, financial aid and much more. There will be no more waiting for updated documents to be emailed to you. You can see your current data live!
