Dr. Kamer received his B.S. degree in Natural Science from Shawnee State University in Portsmouth Ohio, His B.S. degree in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis MO. He also holds a 100 Hour Certified Chiropractic Sports Medicine Specialist (C.C.S.M.S.). Prior to accepting the position of Associate Professor of Natural Sciences at Montreat College, Dr. Kamer operated a private chiropractic practice for more than 7 years. He taught at Shawnee State University in the Exercise Science Department for 4 years and his practice was a clinical site for internships for students. He loves working with students, sharing his years of experience and insight as he helps them apply the philosophy, science and practical applications in caring for the public. His goal is to motivate students to use their skills learned at Montreat and go out and develop the career of their dreams built on a foundation of a Christ-centered, student-focused, and service-driven education.
