Carolina Cyber Center Advisory Board
Pete Seeber is a member of the Advisory Board at the Carolina Cyber Center. Pete is the combination of technology, risk and finance executive who has developed his multi-disciplinary background over 25+ years of business and entrepreneurial experience in information technology, professional services and large scale consulting. In 2014 he founded Rocus Networks, a cybersecurity firm which was focused on developing cybersecurity-as-a-service specifically for the SMB and middle-market businesses. The company was named the Cybersecurity Company of the Year by the North Carolina Technology Association. In 2019, he sold Rocus Networks to a large government contractor. Prior to Rocus Networks, Pete served as a Managing Partner at Vaco, a national IT, finance and consulting firm. He was also founding officer at Blueharbor Bank in Mooresville, NC which was recently recognized as the top performing bank in North Carolina. He attributes his liberal arts professional versatility to the consulting background that he developed while working for Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton. Pete is a proud graduate of Wake Forest University.
