Montreat College’s annual Christmas Concert will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2019, in Montreat’s Anderson Auditorium. The theme of this year’s program is “A Christmas Tapestry,” and it will be a musical celebration featuring both choral and instrumental music. The concert will feature the Montreat College Choir and the Montreat Chamber Orchestra, composed of Montreat College students and alumni, community members, and professional musicians. The concert is free and open to the public.

This year’s performance will feature Christmas-themed hymns, spirituals, and classical pieces, as well as holiday favorites like a sing-a-long of traditional Christmas carols. The choir will be conducted by Ms. Katie Talsma and the orchestra by Mr. Bryan Kraak.

The Montreat College Christmas Concert will take place at 7:00 p.m. on December 7 in Montreat’s Anderson Auditorium, Lookout Road, Montreat, N.C. The event is free and open to the public; donations to support Montreat College’s music programs are appreciated.
