In early October, seven students participated in a fall break mission trip to Atlanta, G.A., serving through Hands On Atlanta. Hands On Atlanta is a non-profit organization that was established in 1989 and helps connect volunteers to service needs in the Atlanta area.

Montreat students stayed at the Westminster Christian Fellowship campus ministry house on the Georgia Tech campus during the service trip. During their time in Atlanta, students were able to assist in food distribution projects and helped with a fundraiser to offer prosthetics to those in need.

Lyndsey Wall, director of service at Montreat College, shared, “The students that went were a blessing to work with. They went with the sole purpose of becoming all things to all men in order to advance the gospel, and God provided many opportunities to do so.”
