Montreat College offers four air-conditioned residence halls for housing needs during the summer months.

Each room is furnished with two twin beds. Rates are per person/per night and are determined by occupancy:

• Twin room = Double occupancy
• Single room = Single occupancy

Meals in Howerton Dining Hall are included.

Features All housing is air-conditioned and phone jacks in each room for your touch-tone phone. Linens, towels, washcloths, and small soaps are provided. Maid service daily. No alcohol, smoking, or pets.

• Children ages 3-11 years, 1/2 charge; under 3 years, no charge. Third person in room must bring linens/sleeping bag with air mat or cot; rate for third person is $5 per day plus meal charges regardless of age.
• Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. on designated conference dates only.
• Cancellation stipulations are applicable to all housing reservations and must be in writing.
• No pets allowed.
• All buildings are smoke-free.
• Alcohol is not permitted on any college property.
