The Chemistry minor is designed to cultivate a broader
understanding of scientific knowledge by developing skills
involving research, processing data, observation and decision
making, analytical skills and performing experiments. Theories
are reinforced by observation and analysis in a laboratory
setting. The applications of these skills are benefited in other
course work where logic and reasoning are required to make
student success a reality.
