We don't ask you to buy candy or baked goods or other stuff that might not be on your diet. We don't ask to wash your car. We don't ask you to buy some useless thingamajig that will just take up shelf space and gather dust.

What we are asking you to consider doing is to buy greeting cards, wrapping paper and ribbon, calendars, and gift items -- the stuff that you are going to have to buy anyway this autumn. All we are asking is that you buy it through this program. The Montreat College Music Program will benefit by receiving fifty percent of the sales proceeds.

We make it super easy for you, too! Just go to Current's fundraiser Web site at http://www.currentfun.com.

Shop at your leisure, at a time that is convenient for you. None of us will be standing in front of you, so there will be no pressure on you to buy something you don't want. We just want you to buy the things that you really need and would have probably bought anyway.

When you are ready to check out, you will be asked for the state in which the sponsoring organization is located; please select "North Carolina." You will then be asked to select a sponsoring organization from a list; please select "Montreat College Music Department." Then proceed to checkout on a secure server, just as you would when buying any other merchandise over the Internet.

Your merchandise will then be delivered directly to you, at the location you indicate.
