Here is a listing of positions currently available as a part of the student work program. Just click on the link for full description and contact the Supervisor to inquire about positions available.

 

Admission Ambassador – The Admission Ambassador will serve as a aid to assist in the Admission’s process that involves speaking with prospective students, working with Admission’s Counselors and providing campus tours.


 

Black Mountain Primary School Reading Tutor – The Reading Tutor will serve as an aid to young students in their development of reading in their curriculum.


 

Business Department – The Business Department Assistant will serve as an assistant to professors and staff throughout the business department by assisting in clerical duties, higher level research projects, etc.


President’s Office Student Assistant – The Assistant to the President Office is work directly with the President’s Office to ensure that daily tasks are completed. They will also help to prepare for meetings and distribute communication into the office accordingly. The assistant will also help prepare check request and balance budget items.


Music Department Admin Assistant – The Assistant to the Music Department will aid in the efforts of the Music Department staff and faculty.


 

Residental Line Server – The Residential Line Server will operate and assist in the Howertown Dining Hall and the Huckleberry Café at the direction of supervisor.


 

English Department Assistant – The Assistant to the English Department will assist with the Walker Percy Centennial, budgets, annual reporting, and scheduling meetings and the agenda.
