Worship Arts major

Get Information.

We prepare men and women for music and arts leadership. The Worship Arts degree program gives students a sound biblical, theological and philosophical foundation for Christian worship, which is irrespective of style. Students are introduced to an ancient-modern paradigm: one which combines our historic tradition with the here and now. In your course of study, you will grow deeper as a musician, your knowledge of other arts will be expanded and you will learn how to employ music and the arts for worship in the 21st century.

Be equipped

  • learn under worship arts professionals and music faculty members
  • gain training in music, theatre and other fine arts
  • develop an understanding of how to use the arts for worship or ministry
  • Christian education classes are built into the curriculum
  • receive individualized mentoring
  • real-life experience in leading worship through monthly, student-led worship arts chapels
  • attend outside music seminars
  • take applied lessons in the instrument of your choice (voice, piano, guitar, etc.)
