Summer Music and Fine Arts Camp Registration

    Please choose either the music, drama, or audio recording/music business track and select one concentration with the option of private lessons/coachings at an additional fee.
  • Please indicate if you would like to receive a 30-minute private applied music lesson (limit: 2 lessons). $25 for one lesson. $45 for two lessons. Any selection will be added to your total cost at the end of this form.
  • Please indicate if you would like to receive a 30-minute private drama coaching (limit: 2). $25 for one coaching. $45 for two. Choose from this selection if you are opting to pay your deposit only at this point.

  • If you would like to request a roommate, please share the individual's name above.
    Resident student fees include a double occupancy room, and all meals and activities. Commuter student fees include all meals and activities.

    A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due with this registration. You may choose to pay your payment in full as well.
  • Cancellation Policy

    I understand that the deposit of $100, which must accompany the submission of this on-line registration, is non-refundable. This amount will be applied toward the camp fee. The full balance is due upon arrival on July 7. No refunds of payment over $100 after June 15. Registration Deadline: May 31, 2013
