Dr. Flowers brings 20 years of experience in similar roles at Bethany University and Northwest University and more than 30 years in higher education to his work at Montreat College. Holder of a Ph. D. in Higher Education Administration and a Master of Divinity, he was selected from more than 100 applicants for the position.
He and his wife, Linda, are relocating to the Black Mountain area from his previous post in California.
