Dr. Kimberly Angle, Assistant Professor of English at Montreat College, has just recieved word that her novel Hummingbird (Farrar Straus & Giroux, 2008) has just been selected as a finalist for the 2010 Children's Crown Award. Each year 20 titles are selected from hundreds of nominations for the award. This year's winner will be announced sometime in May. Read More
