Montreat College holds a commencement ceremony for graduates after both the winter and the spring semesters. The ceremony is held at 2:00 p.m. in lower Anderson Auditorium on the Montreat campus. Commencement normally takes place on a Saturday, usually in December and May; see the Academic Calendar (School of Arts and Sciences) for current dates.
All graduates participating in commencement ceremonies must wear a black cap, tassel, and gown appropriate to the degree. A graduation packet will be sent out to all students who have applied for graduation with complete preparation instructions.
