| InterLibrary Book | Use this form to request a book loan from another library within the Appalacian College Association network of libraries. |

| InterLibrary Article | If you would like to locate an article in a journal that Montreat College doesn't have in its collection, you can request the article from the Appalacian College Association's network of libraries as well. |

| AudioVisuals | To request audio/visual services for a class or meeting, complete this form and either submit it electronically or print it out and give it to Don Talley in the library. To handle requests properly, at least twenty-four hours' notice is required. |

| Reserve | To place materials on reserve, the faculty member should complete this form and either submit it electronically or print it out and give it to Martha Martin in the library. To handle requests properly, at least twenty-four hours' notice is required.

| Purchase Request | The Montreat library will do its best to keep its collection up to date, but we need your help. If there are titles that are missing from our library that you think are important, please use this form to suggest them. Please do check our catalog before making a purchase request to make sure it isn't already in our holdings. |
