Last Christmas, the men’s basketball team went to Hawaii to play in a tournament, and they’ll be on the road again this Christmas—but this time, they’d like you to come along.

Montreat, NC-- Last Christmas, the men’s basketball team went to Hawaii to play in a tournament, and they’ll be on the road again this Christmas—but this time, they’d like you to come along.

On December 19-20, the Cavaliers will be playing in Disney’s NAIA Basketball Challenge, and this is an opportunity for you not only to support the team and go to Disney World, but your purchase of a tournament package will raise money for Montreat College athletics! Coach Bill Robinson is encouraging as many family members, alumni, and friends of the college as possible to make the trip.

Once 50 packages are purchased for Montreat, the college will get money back for each one sold. When 50-74 packages are purchased, the college will earn $15 for each one. Seventy-five to 99 packages earns $20 apiece, and over 100 earns $25 per package. Currently, the team and coaches have purchased 23 packages—so if 77 more people go to Florida to support the Cavaliers, Montreat will receive $2500!

Packages start at $315 per person and include accommodations for 3 nights; 2-day Magic Your Way ticket with Park Hopper option; event admission to Disney’s Wide World of Sports ® complex and Disney’s NAIA Basketball Challenge; admission to Disney’s NAIA Basketball Challenge athlete welcome party; and use of the Walt Disney World ® resort transportation system.
