What is the Keystone Scholarship?

If you look at our Montreat College logo, there is an arch over the name of the College. The stone at the center of the arch is called the keystone. The primary definition of this stone is the wedge-shaped piece at the crown of an arch that locks the other pieces in place. In addition the keystone is something on which associated things depend for support.

For Montreat College students the Keystone Scholarship is the primary scholarship that holds each student in place, providing support on which they greatly depend.
