 ALL full-time faculty members are required to attendHowever, if you learn that you will be unable to do so, you MUST contact the Vice President and Dean of Academics as early as possible. Part-time, adjunct, and non-tenure-track faculty members are also invited, but not required, to attend and may do so at their discretion.
 
Changes in the meeting dates, times, or place will be announced by e-mail or memo.  If faculty members have a report or an item of business to place on the agenda, they must notify the office of the Vice President and Dean of Academics by noon on the Friday preceding the scheduled meeting.  Any recommendation for faculty action must be distributed in writing to the faculty 36 hours before the faculty meeting.
 
Refreshments: Snacks and other liquid refreshments will be supplied by faculty members as noted on the schedule shown previously. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen for keeping food and drink items cold, serving bowls, and an ice machine for your use. However, you must clean up whatever is used and the area must be left as you found it. The Academic Affairs Office will provide tea, hot water, cups, sugar, plates, napkins, forks, spoons, orange juice, and a tablecloth.
