Montreat College offers four air-conditioned residence halls for housing needs during the summer months.
Each room is furnished with two twin beds. Rates are per person/per night and are determined by occupancy:
- Twin room = Double occupancy
- Single room = Single occupancy
Meals in Howerton Dining Hall are included.

Features: All housing is air-conditioned, and there are phone jacks in each room for your touch-tone phone. Linens, towels, washcloths, and small soaps are provided. Maid service daily. No alcohol, smoking, or pets.

- Children ages 3-11 years, 1/2 charge; under 3 years, no charge. Third person in room must bring linens/sleeping bag with air mat or cot; rate for third person is $5 per day plus meal charges regardless of age.
- Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. on designated conference dates only.
- Cancellation stipulations are applicable to all housing reservations and must be in writing.
- No pets allowed.
- All buildings are smoke-free.
- Alcohol is not permitted on any college property.
