2011 Rates for Montreat College Housing and Meals
Montreat College offers four air-conditioned residence halls.
(Anderson, Howerton, McGregor and Davis Halls)
Each room is furnished with two twin beds.
Rates are per person/per night and are determined by occupancy.
Twin room = Double occupancy
Single room = Single occupancy
Code: P/B=private bath; C/B=connecting bath; H/B=hall bath

Meals in Howerton Dining Hall will be pro-rated with first and last meal of each conference. Meal package will be added to college housing guests’ reservations. Outside guests may obtain meals at the door or make arrangements for meals by calling 828-669-7118, Dining Manager.
Reservations are secured upon payment of a $50 per person non-refundable deposit.
Things to You Need to Know:
· Rates are subject to change; dorms are subject to availability.
· Linens, towels, washcloths, and small soaps are provided. Maid service daily.
· Children ages 3-11 years, ½ charge; under 3 years, no charge. Third person in room must bring pillow and sleeping bag with air mat or cot; rate for third person is $8 per day regardless of age.
· Conference arrival day check-in is 3 p.m. until 7 p.m.
· Guests must check-out on conference departure day by 10 a.m.
· Guest housing check-in station is at the Belk Building, main floor, side entrance.
· Any cancellation must be in writing.
· No pets, no smoking, or no alcohol is allowed in college buildings.
