Montreat College offers four air-conditioned residence halls for housing needs during the summer months.

Each room is furnished with two twin beds. Rates are per person/per night and are determined by occupancy:

  • Twin room = Double occupancy
  • Single room = Single occupancy

Meals in Howerton Dining Hall are included.

Dorms Available:  Anderson, Howerton, McGregor, Davis Hall

Features: All housing is air-conditioned, and there are phone jacks in each room for your touch-tone phone. Linens, towels, washcloths, and small soaps are provided. Maid service daily. No alcohol, smoking, or pets.

  • Dorms subject to availability.
  • Each room is furnished with two twin beds. Rates are per person/per day and are determined by occupancy: Linens, towels, washcloths, and small soaps are provided. Maid service daily.
  • Children ages 3-11 years, 1/2 charge; under 3 years, no charge. Third person in room must bring linens/sleeping bag with air mat or cot; rate for third person is $5 per day plus meal charges regardless of age.
  • Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. on designated conference dates only.
  • Cancellation stipulations are applicable to all housing reservations and must be in writing.
  • No pets allowed.
  • All buildings are smoke-free.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on any college property.

Meals in Howerton Dining Hall are included in residence hall rates, or join us for delicious meals during the summer even if you're not staying in a residence hall.
