Her accomplishments this season come as no surprise given her proven ability at the high school level. While at First Assembly Christian, she was named Team MVP three times, served as Team Captain her junior and senior years, was named to the All-Conference team three years running, and was once selected for the All-State team.
About Montreat she says, “The campus is beautiful, and the people here are truly kind and caring. I love being here and can’t imagine being anywhere else.”
Leslie Gehris, Head Volleyball Coach at Motnreat College says, “Allison Baumgartner is a phenomenal athlete. We are very blessed that she has chosen Montreat College. We are proud of her accomplishments but know that she will continue to work hard and use the gifts that the Lord has blessed her with. Allie is a competitor and she, along with all of our returning players, are already in the weight room getting their bodies prepared for our spring season. I feel that Allie pushes all of our girls to be the best they can be.”
