Trip Status

Trips are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Contact Us for most recent trip status.  If, by the time we receive your application, your preferred trip has become unavailable, we will contact you with your options.  Friend Requests: We will attemp to place friends together on a trip, however we cannot guarantee their placement.  The maximum capacity for each trip is 8-10 students (trip dependent).

Payment Information

Upon registration, a non-refundable trip deposit of $50 is due.  This is applied to your TOTAL trip fee and secures your spot.  In order to determine your TOTAL trip fee, find your place on the following scale and provide this information on the Student Application (documentation will be required as is deemed necessary).  Multi-child discounts are available.

NOTE: The two-week MEGA trip cost is not reflected on the following scale.  Contact Us for details.

Refund Policy

Trip deposits and fees are non-refundable unless CLIMBE is unable to provide a suitable trip date for the student or is forced to cancel a trip that the student was registered to attend.

Confirmation

CLIMBE will primarily contact with you via email. After we have processed your application and trip deposit, you will receive a "Welcome Letter" and additional forms from CLIMBE. Contact Us with questions in the meantime.
