Application Status
Trips are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact Us for most recent trip status. If, by the time we receive your application, your preferred trip has become unavailable, we will defer to your alternate choice or contact you with more options. Friend Requests: We will attempt to place friends together on a trip, however we cannot guarantee their placement. The maximum capacity for each trip is 8 to10 students (trip dependent).
Confirmation
CLIMBE will primarily contact you via e-mail. After we have processed your application and trip deposit, you will receive a welcome letter and additional forms from CLIMBE. Contact us with questions in the meantime.
Payment Information
Trip Fees
The standard trip fee is $475. The MEGA trip fee is $950. Multi-child discounts are available.
To Make Payment
After you have sent in your registration form and deposit and received confirmation of enrollment, you can pay online or by check sent via postal mail.
Refund Policy
Trip deposits and fees are non-refundable.
