Step 5: Entrance Interview (EI) - SPAS Graduate
If you are only applying for federal and state grants,
you do not need to complete the Entrance Interview and may proceed to the next step.
(please note there are currently no grants offered for
Masters students at this time)
If you are a current student and have received Stafford Loans with Montreat in the past,
you do not need to fill out an Entrance Interview again.
This step will take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
Federal regulations require all first-time borrowers at Montreat College to participate in Stafford Entrance Loan Counseling before your loan can be processed.
Due to the multi-year feature, you will be able to receive Federal Stafford Loans without having to fill out an additional Entrance Interview as long as you remain eligible for Federal Stafford Loans.

When you have completed your entrance counseling, close the Entrance Counseling window and return to this page.
