SPAS - Plus Program Forms
The following forms are required for PLUS registration. Please note the specifications of each form.
- The Drop-In Student form (.pdf) is needed for those adults who are not students with Montreat College.
- The Registration form (.pdf) is needed for all PLUS classes including online courses.

All forms should be submitted to the student’s Academic Advisor either by fax, email or mail:
Students must contact accounting at 800-436-2777 or 704-357-3390 to arrange payment at least two weeks before the start of the class.
