Anyone wishing to be considered for any type of financial assistance through the financial aid office must complete this form. This form is designed to collect information the financial aid office needs to remain in compliance with state and federal law.

This form will replace the 08-09 and 09-10 Financial Aid Application

You should do this if you will either be starting or continuing your enrollment on or after 1/1/09

This form will replace previous Financial Aid Applications and will be valid for the lifetime of the student at Montreat.

Please be aware that Montreat does NOT currently offer Book Vouchers. The website to order books is www.mbsdirect.net. You will need to pay with a Credit/Debit card.
