     12:30 - 2:00 p.m. Registration, Belk Center Lobby
     (alternate registration at 6:00 p.m. reception)

     1:00 - 1:50 p.m. Attend a Class (choose one)

  • Introduction to Environmental Science, Morgan Science Building 110: Dr. Brad Daniel
  • Production/Operations Management, Belk 306: Dr. John (Hub) Powell
  • Introduction to Literary Studies, Belk 219: Dr. Don King
                (meet in the Belk Lobby at 12:50 p.m. to be escorted to class)

     2:00 - 3:30 p.m. Tour of Montreat or Class (choose one)

  • Historical tour of campus with Charles Lance, V. P. for Student Services, Belk Lobby  meet by the air hockey table and wear walking shoes
  • Environmental walk with Dr. Brian Joyce, Belk Lobby-meet by the mailboxes and wear walking shoes
  • English Composition, Belk 219: Dr. Richardson (Rich) Gray  meet in Belk Lobby at 1:50 p.m. to be escorted to class (2:00  2:50 p.m.)

Saturday, April 26th

     8:30 - 9:00 a.m. Continental Breakfast, Manor House Gazebo  Black Mountain Campus
    
     9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Come experience the Training and Leadership Center, Black Mountain Campus (meet at the Gazebo). This challenge course includes a 50' climbing tower, portable initiatives, 60' high ropes, and low ropes activities (within 18'' of the ground), which allow 6 -12 people to engage simultaneously. We want to offer you as a President¹s Circle member a small taste of what the Montreat College Training and Leadership Center has to offer.

    12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Take Me Out to the Ballgame Boxed Picnic Lunch, Newell Baseball Field

     1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Montreat Varsity Baseball Double Header vs. Bluefield College, Newell Baseball Field

     3:00 - 4:30 p.m. Round Table Discussion with Dr. Struble & Dr. Abby Fapetu: "Thinking Christianly," Bell Library Archive Room
    
     4:30 - 5:25 p.m.  Free Time

     5:30 p.m. Light Hors d'Oeuvres, Howerton Dining Hall
          
     6:00 p.m.  International Dinner, Howerton Dining  Hall
     Enjoy meeting many of our international students while you learn about their cultures. (coat & tie)

     8:00 p.m. Fine Arts Theatre: LAST TRAIN TO NIBROC by Arlene Hutton, Manor House Gym  Black Mountain Campus. This funny, touching portrait of two people searching for happiness in 1940 played to critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Off-Broadway.
