Montreat College is hosting a solo exhibit of water color and oil landscape paintings by Patricia Sweet-Macdonald from October 1 until November 20, 2012 in the Hamilton Gallery of the Nelson Bell Library. Patricia Sweet-Macdonald was born in Clearwater, Florida, where her desire to paint began. She then moved to New Hampshire where her style and inspiration were transformed. After ten years in New England, she moved to Western North Carolina and her approach to painting was morphed yet again.
Patricia Sweet-Macdonald not only loves to create, but has a passion for teaching as well. For information on upcoming classes and events visit her website at http://www.patriciasweetmacdonald.com.
